After his apprenticeship on St. Croix USVI, Will worked on building his resume by working up through the ranks as a line cook, sous chef, executive chef, culinary instructor/trainer for chefs/media personality for HEB Markets, to his current position as Chef and owner of Your Private Chef.
Chef Will has appeared on Great Day Houston, local TV shows, news casts, and TV commercials. Will has been cooking professionally and teaching people how to cook for over 20 years.
In the “world of catering”, he had the honor of working seasonally for famed Houston caterer Jackson Hicks for over 18 years.
