Absolutely wonderful experience with Chef Will. One on one Mediterranean cooking class in my home. Homemade hummus, tabbouleh, Tzatziki, Baba Ghanoush, octopus, lamb shanks with figs, risotto , farro and a shredded fillo with honey, Brie and raspberry! We were busy! Such a great gift from my son.
