Chef Will’s passion for food is at the heart of everything he does. His culinary philosophy revolves around creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together, starting at an early age helping his mother prepare Thanksgiving Dinners for their family, which to this day is still his favorite Holiday. The way that food breaks down barriers and brings people together has always been a major factor in his love for his chosen profession. Whether crafting exquisite multi-course dinners or preparing casual tapas and buffets, Chef Will’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality shine through in every dish.

Chef Will has been in the culinary industry for over 37 years. He has attended many culinary schools both in Europe (England, Scotland, France, Italy, Switzerland) and in the United States including the famed Culinary Institute of America. Famous C.I.A. alumni include; Tony Bourdain, Michael Symon, Cat Cora, Duff Goldman, Rocco DiSpirto, Todd English and Roy Yamaguchi and several winners of TVs “Top Chef”.

Over the years Chef Will has appeared on many local Houston TV broadcast including over 4 years as a regular Chef on Great Day Houston with Whitney Casey and Debra Duncan

From intimate family dinners and special celebrations to business events and corporate gatherings, Chef Will’s expertise covers a wide range of occasions. His dedication to using the finest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques ensures that each event is a unique and unforgettable experience. He is not just a chef; he is a culinary artist who takes pride in sharing his love for food with others. After his apprenticeship on St. Croix USVI, Will worked on building his resume by working up through the ranks as a line cook, sous chef, executive chef, culinary instructor/trainer for chefs/media personality for HEB Markets, to his current position as Chef and owner of Your Private Chef.

Chef Will has appeared on Great Day Houston, local TV shows, news casts, and TV commercials. Will has been cooking professionally and teaching people how to cook for over 20 years.

In the “world of catering”, he had the honor of working seasonally for famed Houston caterer Jackson Hicks for over 18 years.
