Chef Will blew my mind at a private dinner party in celebration of my birthday. The planning details and the communication were crystal clear. He arrived on time, well-prepared and ready to execute. He created a 4-course dinner for 7 people and made it look easy. The level of expertise shows in his food. Each course was spectacular - the level of detail of the presentation, ingredients used, and taste were beyond expectations. Chef Will and his waiter, Orlando, were warm and interacted with the guests to keep things light and fun! I recommend Chef Will, Serena and Orlando over and over again!
